Both Andrew and Amy Funka have backgrounds in youth ministry and successfully served alongside the Church of Scotland for five years in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Andrew and Amy are temporarily in the United States investigating new areas of service with Alongside Ministries. Andrew is serving as Alongside Ministry’s -- East Coast Associate -- while attending Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Amy is renewing her teaching qualifications in secondary math. They are investigating service alongside the Church in Eastern Europe, with an eye toward the Czech Republic.
