Arjan began as a pastor of the Evangelical Church in Bilisht in l996, two years after the church was founded. Arjan has studied engineering at the University of Tirana; a Bible School in Korça and Erseka; and short story writing in the London School of Journalism. He is the author of three books – a novel, a collection of short stories and a biography -- in Albanian.

Arjan has served for three years as the vice-president of the Evangelical Alliance of Albania (2006-2009).

In 1997, Arjan came from Korça to Bilisht to serve as a missionary. He married Mimoza in October 1999. They have two daughters, Pjetra (5 years) and Çelestja (3 years).
